Serrated Disk Plough (GSP)

The GSP disc can be fitted on either side. It is suitable as an attachment to the HEXAGON and the Column lift S5.

Finger Roller

The Finger Roller compliments the All-around weeder RADIUS SL and RADIUS SL Plus, the attachment is used for aeration of the soil around the plants.

ADVANTAGES:

• Integrated angle adjustment as is also the case with the disc harrow.
• The exterior angle can also be altered with no problems by reinserting the locking pins.
• Good distribution of force due to the different disc dimensions for the exterior and interior sprockets.
• As a result, both discs work in a sloped working angle at the same level.
• In comparison to the disc, we avoid creating a clear edge which can become a water channel on a steep slope.

Finger Hoe

In particular for young plantations or in existing plantations with very crooked canes in which more safety from the sensor is required, the finger hoe works directly around the plant and breaks up the island (also called the shadow) to gently remove the soil and weeds directly around the vine

Due to the special rubber compound, we work gently and with low wear. Upon contact with the vine, the finger is pushed to the side, which means that it can be used with young and old vines. 

NOTE: In sandy soil, the finger hoe can also be used as an individual device. This is not possible in harder conditions. 

The finger hoes are available in various versions and different levels of stiffness and are driven in combination with a variety of machines for the undergrowth.

Column Lifter S5

The Column Lifter is a compact and robust design, there is a range of attachments available with single or dual action (we recommend using a depth wheel for single-action column lifts to control the depth; the dual-action model is only required for extremely hard soil conditions).

Height controlled by depth wheel or safety bolts models available for left and right. Two lifts can be mounted on one frame with adjustable width, which is then fitted to the bottom of the tractor for row widths from approx 1,800 mm (depending on the tractor width).

A-Frame

Very light equipment carrier for attaching modern equipment for under-vine care. The A-frame can be used to attach the CLEMENS - RADIUS for working light soil, MULTI-CLEAN and rotary brush for clearing out the suckers and removing weeds from underneath the vines as well as the mower for the area between the vines.

The frames can, just like the SB frames, be front or rear mounted. The A-frames are available in two different working widths (AR1 and AR2) for row widths of 1.40 to 2.90 m. The larger version AR2 corresponds to three point - category I. Manual expansion by a maximum of 0.6 m is possible as standard.

ATLAS Lifting mast

The ATLAS is distinguished by the proven HEXAGON profile. This design and the resulting loading capacity make the mast ideally suited for increasing demands. In combination with the hydraulic lateral tilt, the work tool can be brought to the optimal working and travel position.

All the equipment available on the market for lifting masts can be attached with the aid of adapters. With the CLEMENS seating fixture, you can easily attach the lifting mast to your existing KMS or ERO tractor bracket. It is also perfectly feasible to insert new stakes with the corresponding accessory.

Leaf Trimmer

Thanks to special manufacturing techniques, the aluminium blade holder of the leaf cutter is itself very strong and yet very light. This increases its stability and makes it possible to work on steep slopes and gradients.

The sickle-shaped cutting tools made from tempered knife steel produce a clean cut. The large upper blade is surrounded by a guard that prevents the driver from being exposed to the cuttings.

Thanks to special drive belts, the device is very low maintenance.

The blade holder has vibration-free bearings, and the impact protection works at both front and back.

Leaf Remover

Thanks to a parallelogram joint, the leaf remover glides gently over the grape area. The leaves are drawn in between a rubber roller and a perforated drum by a suction fan, removing the leaves from the vine and ejecting them away from the machine.

When used at the end of the flowering season, a fan blows the blossoms clean, i.e. the smallest flower parts are removed. This prevents the formation of nutrients that would allow fungi and bacteria to grow.
